Virtual Mindfulness Retreat: Foundations of Self-Compassion: Part 1

Our June mindfulness and self-compassion retreat will focus on core practices of self-compassion from the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program and other influences on the mindfulness and meditation path. This retreat will be the first of a multi-session series. If you’re new to mindfulness and self-compassion, this series will be a great opportunity to learn core skills and practices. If you’re an experienced mindfulness practitioner, we invite you to join us in cultivating a beginners mind as you deepen your practice. Best of all, we will share in the joy and privilege of sitting together and practicing as a community.
